Modern building, great interior design, spacious room with beautiful bathroom and comfy bed, very clean, indoor valet parking @ Rs30/day; right next to Shopping Naçoes; great location.

The breakfast and the service provided by the staff were impeccable. The only issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the SPA, which I can attribute to my attempt to use it at 8 p.m. Nevertheless, I will undoubtedly return on a future occasion!

The staff were awesome. Reginaldo was extremely helpful and friendly. His english was very helpful as I'm Australian so it was good to have someone speak English. The food was great and accommodation clean and new. Being beside a major shopping centre helped as well. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting great accommodation in Cruçiuma.

Hotel was well placed near city center and next to a nice mall with food options. The hotel was new and clean with great staff and excellent rooms. We raise bees so it was good to see that the area is known for good honey too!! I posted a picture of a beautiful falcon I saw on the ledge :-)

The staff were superb. Simon at the reception very kind and supportive and Bittencourt very kind and supportive with breakfast and room service.
